Surveys

Our Survey module allows you to create surveys or other questionnaires and send them to your suppliers. Answers are automatically returned back to CC5 without any need for you to take actions. Use this module for classic surveys related to any subjects you need to get supplier feedback on or to request e.g. required supplier documentation.

Note!
The solution comes also with a pre-defined template related to the Norwegian Transparency Act. You can use the template as is or adjust it to your needs. Read more about the transparency act here.

Windows

The survey list holds all surveys. And on the survey card, you'll find the questionnaire and all meta data (recipients, dates and more). You can also categorize surveys for a better overview.
