How to follow-up, review and export answers
When a recipient has returned the questionnaire, you can find the answers immediately in CC5. Once all recipients have answered, the survey changes automatically status to Finished.

Use the widget on the Dashboard to check if all recipients have responded to the survey.
Of course, you can also sort the overview list under Surveys by status or use the filter to the left of the list.

Check the supplier card under Partners, section Surveys. If the section is not there, talk to your responsible contact person in House of Control AS. See also here.

Open the survey and go to the Recipients section, list Waiting for response.

Click Send reminder.

Adjust the reminder to your needs.

Click Confirm and send.
A reminder is sent to the recipient.

On the survey card under the Recipients section, you will find the lists Has responded and Processed.

Has responded contains your recipients' responses. The responses are not yet "approved".

To approve or reject, click Show response and decide on each of the responses. If you approve all responses, the recipient is transferred to the list "Processed".

If you reject at least one answer, this answer is sent back to the recipient, who must then decide on the answer again. The recipient will be re-moved to "Waiting for response" and gets the status Rejected.

Processed contains approved/reviewed responses.
Tip!
You can also find the answers on the partner card and on the Dashboard widget if enabled.

You export all responses from the top menu on the survey card. Select Export responses.

Go to Surveys and open the survey.

Open the Recipients section. Click Show responses next to the related recipient.

Click Download attachments to download the attachments in the survey to your PC.

Click Save attachments to partner to save the attachments to the partner card.
The attachments are now downloaded and/or saved to the partner card.
