How to create a survey
You can create surveys and then send them to your suppliers. You suppliers' answers will be transferred back to CC5.
Precondition!
All recipients must be created as contract partners with email address under Partners.

Go to Surveys and click + Add.

Choose one of our pre-defined templates (here, you get a template questionnaire and the accompanying email you can work with), or create a survey from scratch.
Note!
Pick the languages carefully: The email subject is always displayed in the first chosen language. We therefore recommend English at the top of the list for international surveys.
This is something you can't change later. -
Enter the General information with all mandatory fields (*) and any other relevant information in this section - especially Due date on questionnaire, Reminder, and Survey closure date. Find more information about these fields under Survey card.

Click + Recipients and pick all recipients for the survey. Note that all recipients must be added as contract partners in CC5. See Partner card.

Under Introduction on questionnaire, add the Subject and Email body text as well as an Introduction that shall introduce the recipient to the survey, its intentions and purpose. The text is displayed on the questionnaire's start page.
Note!
What you enter as Subject will also be displayed as the heading on the questionnaire's introduction page. This can't be changed after publishing.
Both the Subject and Introduction can be translated and will then appear on the introduction page. But the email text itself is not translated: It is always the one you enter in the first selected language here on the survey card -
You can now adjust Themes and Questions or and/or add your own. Note that all questions are collected under there respective theme - a kind of "heading". For more information, see Question card. If you want to provide the recipients with more information, you can add attachments to the start page.

Click Save.
The survey is now created. In a next step, you must publish and send it.
