Below the survey card, you can find the question card. Here, you create the questions the recipients of the survey shall answer. And you define how these answers shall look like: Shall the recipient write a text, tick checkboxes with pre-defined answers or select only one pre-defined answers? You can also state that certain questions must be answered (mandatory) and you can request that the recipient adds some documentation.

Note:
If you have created the survey in multiple languages, you must translate into all these languages before publishing.

Question: The question the recipient must answer.

Here you can write a short explanation to the question: This "help text" is displayed below the question.

Question type: You can set up the format your recipients shall answer in. Possible are:

  • Free texts (= Short text and Long text),

  • Numbers and dates (= Date, Integer number without decimals, Number with decimals)

  • Prepared answers the users can choose from (= Multiple choice or Simple choice - the latter either as separate list entries below each other or space-saving as drop-down list),
    Note! These question types require that you list the answers the recipients shall choose from under Choice alternatives. Via + Add, you can then add as many answer possible answers as you want.

Tip!
If you want to change the order of answers, you can do so via Drag & Drop .

Mandatory question: Pick yes if the user must answer the question (Yes).

Possibility for comment: Allows the recipient to comment their answer.

Possibility to attach files: Allows the recipient to add a file to document their answers.
