How to create and find supplier surveys

Via the module Surveys you can create supplier surveys directly from within Complete Control. Read more about this module here.

You can create a survey from scratch. But you can also use one of our templates:

  • Transparency Act: This template can be used as a basis for collecting supplier information related to the Norwegian Transparency Act.

  • Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD): This is an EU law that was signed on May 24, 2024. The law obliges larger businesses to carry out due diligence and implement measures to safeguard human rights, labor rights and the environment.

The templates come with pre-set questions in Norwegian, English, Danish and Swedish; and they can be adapted to your company's needs.

Tip!
Some registrations on the partner card enhance a more smooth creation of supplier surveys:

  • Use the Contacts fields to enter your business contacts with email address. If you have multiple companies in CC5, you can link contacts to companies. The advantage is that the contact will then be fetched automatically when creating surveys for this company.

  • The field setup of the Filter in the overview list determines the search fields that are displayed when adding partners to a survey. So, check the search fields and ensure they match your needs.

Check the supplier card under Partners, section Surveys. Here you will find all the surveys this supplier has participated in.

is displayed when the supplier has answered a survey. It also shows the date when the response has been sent in. Click View answers to view details and any attached files.

is displayed when the supplier has not answered the survey.

Tips!
To export the responses, go to Surveys and open the survey from there. Then click Export responses in the menu.
