Which standard notifications are being sent?
Complete Control sends out automatic notifications in the run-up to important events.
Sometimes companies contact us and ask us to customize/remove standard notifications. In that case, the solution in these companies will vary from the standard setup described here.

Complete Control comes with these standard notifications for contracts.

The system generates by default 5 notifications to the responsible employee, evenly distributed over 1 month. The first notification is sent 1 month prior the termination deadline to the responsible employee. In order for an alert to be generated, the related contract must be registered with a Responsible Employee, Expiration date and Termination deadline.
What now?
The main recipient of the email/sms must complete the event. Read more and see the video here.

Expired contracts are flagged in the system. The flagging of contract expiration will be visible to everyone who has access to the contract.
What now?
The main recipient of the email/sms must check that the contract is still correct. Read more here.
