Dashboard "Contract Capture"
Path in CC5: Contracts - Contract Capture
Contract Capture checks the contracts in your ERP system and - based on a number of variables such as account group or invoice size - comes up with contract proposals for Complete Control. These proposals are displayed here on this dashboard.
Tip!
Contract Capture allows you to click on graphs and links to see more and detailed information in a new window. To close a window and return to the previous step, click in the top right corner of the window.

Here you will find all contract suggestions from Contract Capture. These are all the contracts in your ERP system that should - according to the settings under Configuration - be in Complete Control. The suggestions are based on a number of variables such as account group, invoice size, number of recurring costs, etc.
-
Above the graph, you can select either Contract type or Supplier. This allows you to focus on either contract suggestions per supplier or on contract suggestions per contract type.
Below the graph, you will find a total of three columns you can turn on: Contract suggestion (shown by default), Purchase value and Number of vouchers. Click once more to remove the bar again.
Tip! Hidden links/bars are shown in a light gray color. Displayed links/bars are shown in black.

Click on one of the bars to see all contract suggestions, sorted by supplier, with key information: Total purchase value, average purchase value, etc.
From here you can now create suppliers and contracts - or you can hide irrelevant suggestions.
To see more information about single vouchers, click on the number in the Vouchers column. To see a trend line, click on the icon. This trend line shows the purchase value over time.

This list can help you determine whether you should create a supplier from your ERP system in Complete Control as well. The more invoices and the higher the amount, the greater the gain when you create the supplier.

Click on the amount in the Purchase value column to see the purchase value per account with corresponding project, department, number of invoices and amount. If there are multiple invoices per account, you can click on the amount again to see the individual invoices.
Tip: Contract Capture allows you to click on graphs and links to see more and detailed information in a new window. To close a window and return to the previous step, click in the top right corner of the window.

Click to open the "Reconciliation" dashboard with more information about your ERP data and contracts in Complete Control. The dashboard gives you a greater overview of how much of the purchase value in your ERP system is covered by contracts in Complete Control.
