How to hide/show suppliers or contract suggestions

If you think suppliers or contract suggestions are not relevant, you can hide them.

Note!
If you hide a supplier, all contract suggestions for that supplier are removed from the list. If you hide a contract suggestion, only this suggestion is removed from the lists.

  1. Go to Contracts - Contract Capture and click on the bar under Contract suggestions to open the list of suggestions.

  2. Click the icon in the Visibility column.

The suggestions are now hidden. They are not deleted from the system.

Tip!
You can bring up hidden suppliers and contract suggestions again at any time. The easiest way to do this is to change the filter under Show: to Hidden and then click the Visibility icon in the list.
