How to create contracts from contract suggestions
You can create contracts based on the suggestions from your ERP system. Suggestions can be found under Contracts - Contract Capture.
Note!
If the supplier does not exist in Complete Control, you must first create the supplier. Read more here.

Go to Contracts - Contract Capture and click on the bar for Contract suggestions to open the list of suggestions.

icon will appear in the Add column under Contract. Click on this icon.

Follow the wizard to add contract information. Some of the information will be pre-filled, but you will need to fill in contact information, payment schedules, etc.
Once you have created the contract, you can close the window and continue in the dashboard.
Tip!
When you are back in the dashboard with the list of contract suggestions, right-click in the table and select Update. The list will then be updated and the contract suggestion will be removed from the list.
