How to whiteliste IPs for system access
You can limit system access for IPs - also for a limited period of time. Also, you can require two-factor authentication from specific IP addresses.

-
Go to System settings - Access control - Whitelisting.
-
Tick Restrict valid IP addresses.
-
Click Add new IP range.
-
Is the limitation for all or only for users logging in from a certain IP address?
-
All: Tick Applies to all IP addresses.
-
Only certain IPs: Enter the first IP that shall be limited under IP start address. In case of several consecutive IPs, enter the last IP number in this range under IP end address. If you need to add multiple IP addresses that are not in a continuous range, add a entry for each IP address.

-
Is the limitation only temporary? Enter the first and the last day under Active from and Active to.
-
Double identification necessary? Tick Require two-factor authentication.
