Access control for Partners
System administrators can control access to the module and define different accesses.

Go to System settings - Access control.

Click Edit next to the user group to be edited. Read more about user groups here.

Go to the Access control tab and select Partners in the left-hand menu.

Choose one of the 4 general access options: read, update, create or delete partner information. Read more here.

You can then fine-tune access to these functions in the module:

Change log on the partner card
-
Import of partners
-
Export of partners
-
Reports (read access also allows you to export reports)

Click Save.
Users in this user group now have corresponding rights.
