How to whitelist IPs for API and Swagger access

Once you created a new token, you must add the external service that shall use the token to the IP-whitelist in Complete Control. Note that you must also whitelist each IP that shall access the developer documentation.

Tip!
If you want to whitelist your own IP, you can check it on the Whitelisting tab.

  1. Go to System settings - Access control - API access.

  2. Click IP whitelist. The list of all whitelisted IP's opens.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Under Comment, you can e.g. the IP's origin or purpose.

  5. Under IP start address, enter the IP address you want to whitelist.

    Tip! If you want to whitelist several consecutive IP addresses, tick Enable IP range. Then, enter the first IP under IP start address, and enter the last IP under IP end address.

  6. Click OK.

  7. Click also Save in the list window.

The IP (range) is now registered.
