How to make a risk assessment of business partners

You can carry out a partner risk assessment according to different OECD assessment criteria.

This rating is displayed in addition to the geographical risk assessment for the country (if set). Geographical risk assessments are set up here in the System settings.

Tip!
The assessment criteria are displayed in the partner list if you select these columns under Columns.
You can also export all partner risk assessments via Export - Risk assessment report.

  1. Go to Partners and open the partner you want to assess in Edit mode.

  2. Scroll down to the Risk Assessment section.

  3. Select the risk for each of the risk categories.
    Tip! If geographical risks have been defined in System settings, they will be displayed, too. If not, "Unknown" is displayed.

  4. Click Save.

The partner has now been risk rated.
