Assisted Contract Registration
This description refers to additional functionality that must be activated explicitly in Complete Control Backoffice. Your single point of contact at House of Control AS can help you with this.
The additional module Assisted Contract Registration allows you to create contracts in Complete Control directly from PDF files. This saves time and it helps at the same time to prevent user errors.
The module supports Norwegian, English, Danish, Swedish and German.
How to use the module
To create a contract from a file, select Create contract from the menu next to the file in the Explorer side menu. The system will come with suggestions based on what it "read" in the PDF file. For example, it will suggest the title, the type of contract, responsible persons, the category, dates and more.

Integration with Inbox
Assisted Contract Registration gives access to the Inbox section in Complete Control. Here you can create contracts directly from emails - in the same way as described above. The PDF-file from the email will automatically be attached to the contract card.
