Customize default dashboard for all users

As a system administrator, you can setup a dashboard that will be displayed for all users by default. Users can keep your "template" or adjust it according to their personal requirements. Changes to the standard dashboard will not affect users who have created their own individual dashboard. Only dashboards for users who haven't done any adjustments will be overwritten.

On the left hand you can find all existing information on your dashboard, sorted by module.

On the right hand you can find everything you can add via drag & drop.

Note!
Notifications are displayed on top of the dashboard and cannot be moved. Also the placement of the welcome message is fixed.

Add content

On the right side, find a panel you want to add. With drag & drop, you can add it to your collection on the left side.

Edit content

Opens the panel so that you can adjust the content . Untick the checkbox for content you don't want to see.

Removes the complete panel.

Tip!
Click Preview while setting up the Dashboard to check the setup. If you are not happy with the outcome, you can always Reset to default. In this case, the general template made by House of Control AS will be displayed.

Welcome message

You can also edit the standard welcome message for all users. Read more under General system settings.
