Reports

You can generate contract-related reports by clicking Contracts in the list of contracts.

The reports are based on search results from the overview list. If you change the filter criteria there, the reports will adjust accordingly. Also, the order of columns in the Excel reports reflect the order of columns in the overview list.

Tip!
If you e.g. register a contract extension on the contract card, this change is also reflected on the related reports (e.g. the budget and the value report). However, when a change has been done, who has done the change and which fields have been changed, is displayed in the change log on the contract card.

All reports can be downloaded as Excel and/or PDF file.

With the optional module IFRS 16, you have access to more reports related to your leasing contracts. Read more about these reports under IFRS 16.
