Dashboard "Reconciliation"
Path in CC5: Contracts - Contract Capture - Reconciliation
At the top right of the Dashboard "Contract Capture" is the Reconciliation button. It opens a dashboard with a larger overview of how much of the purchase value in the ERP system is covered by contracts in Complete Control.
Tip! To get back to the Dashboard "Contract Capture", click Contract suggestions in the top right corner of the dashboard.

This pie chart shows how much of the purchase value is covered by contracts in Complete Control and how much is not. Click on the sections in the chart to open a list with more information. The list is shown at the bottom right below Reconciliation details.

This graph shows the purchasing expenses in the ERP system per month. Click on a bar to see the calculation basis for the amount. The list is shown in the bottom right corner underReconciliation details.

The graph shows - per supplier - the total sum in ERP versus the total sum in Complete Control. The total in ERP is shown in dark blue, the total in Complete Control is shown in light blue. In addition, the number of contracts in Complete Control is shown as a line. This provides a good basis for reconciliation between your ERP system and Complete Control.
When you hover over the bar, the total is displayed.
Click on a bar to see the basis for the value. The list is displayed in the bottom right corner under Reconciliation details.
Tip!
In the top right corner you will find the number of pages. Click and use the arrow button to scroll back and forth. Remember that the total at the bottom refers to the active page displayed.
Click on the links below the graph to turn information on/off. Links to disabled information are shown in a light gray color. Active information is shown in black.

Here you can see the amount per supplier registered in the ERP system (Spend (ERP)) and in (Amount (CC)). You can also see the difference under ERP minus CC.
A House of Control icon is displayed in front of suppliers who are also registered partners in Complete Control. Click to open the partner card.
is shown in front of suppliers who also have contracts in Complete Control. When you hover over the icon, the number of contracts is displayed. If you see "0" under Amount (CC), this indicates that the contract has no registered payments. In this case, we recommend that you create the payments on the contract. Read more under How to create a new payment schedule.
If you click a number under Spend (ERP), you will get the more details (list of vouchers in the ERP system). Click on the amount link again for even more details.
