How to handle visibility issues
Contract Capture dashboard displays no data
There can be several reasons for this. Check that the selections for contract suggestions etc. are not deactivated.
Another reason can be that all suggestions have been registered in Complete Control. Business Analyze will need to reset the demo.
Contract Capture dashboard is empty and gray
If you can't see anything but a gray screen, you might be logged on another Business Analyze solution.
You can try the following:

Open an incognito/private window of you browser (Chrome or Edge) and log in.

Close all browsers and try to log in again.
Contract Capture dashboard displays "Obs, something is wrong"
By default, all customers have Contract Capture in the left-hand menu. The "Obs! Something is wrong" message is displayed for customers who haven't connected Contract Capture to any ERP source - and thus haven't taken Contract Capture into use. Alternatively, there might be something wrong with the user credentials.
