List of assets
Path in CC5: Assets
The list consists of all the information that is stored under the selected asset entries. From here, you can add view and edit all asset-related data. Assets are sorted by categories. Each category is an own tab: One for all assets, one for e.g. IT equipment, one for Vehicles and more.
Tips!
The overview contains all entries. But it is dependent on the filter settings on the left side of the screen and on the selected company (if you have the optional module Corporate Group Structure). In addition, it could be that the list per default only displays active entries (something the system administrator can define in the General system settings). So, if you do not find what you're looking for in the overview, check these possibilities.

Search and Filter: You can search a certain phrase in the list. Click to get a more advanced search filter allowing you to search for e.g. a combination of phrases and columns. Also, you can filter the list via one of the many pre-defined filters. In the filter, you can also save personal favorite filters and more. See også How to search/filter assets.
Reports: Opens the report module. Read more under Asset reports.
Import: You can import assets from Excel. An import wizard will assist you during this process. See also Excel import and export.

Edit: Opens the Asset card with all registered information. See Asset card.
Tip!
It is also possible to change the same information for multiple assets at the same time by checking off a selection of assets and clicking "Edit". Please note that all the fields filled in then will change correspondingly for all assets in the selection.
Delete: Deletes the record. If there are active relations you will be asked to update those first.
Each overview list can be adjusted with different Columns (under the
menu at the top right corner of the list) . Click to open the overview of all columns and select those you want to display in the overview. By clicking the arrows next to each column, you can also change the column's position of the list. This setup is usually personal, but the system administrator can save a default setup for all users.
You can adjust how many hits to display. Select this icon under
in the top right corner and pick the amount of hits you want to get.
