How to remove user access
When a person no longer shall have access to Complete Control, you must remove user access.
Note!
If this person also loses responsibility for contracts, persons etc. (e.g. because of retirement or termination), transfer first the responsibilities. Read more about this here.

-
Go to People and open the employee's personal card in editing mode.
-
Scroll down to User account and uncheck Enable user account.
-
Save the changes.
The person can now no longer log in, but is still registered in the data base. You can delete him/her once all responsibilities are transferred. But note that you will then also lose the complete history of this person. On contract cards, you would e.g. no longer find the person's name but a placeholder. Read more here.
