Custom report for people

Select the fields/columns to create a custom report that can be displayed on the screen or downloaded in Excel or PDF format. The custom report can also be saved as a blank template by clicking Save Template and giving the report a title. When saving a report as a template in this way, you can also choose to make it visible to other users (Save globally). If the report shall not be saved globally, select Confirm.
Custom reports can be deleted by clicking the report's title and then Delete Template.
The reports are based on search results from the overview list. If you change the filter criteria there, the reports will adjust accordingly. Also, the order of columns in the Excel reports reflect the order of columns in the overview list.
Tip!
If you e.g. register a contract extension on the contract card, this change is also reflected on the related reports (e.g. the budget and the value report). However, when a change has been done, who has done the change and which fields have been changed, is displayed in the change log on the contract card.
