How to add DORA to a company
The first you need to do when DORA has been activated in Complete Control, is to add relevant DORA information to your company (for businesses with multiple companies in Complete Control: any company/branch that needs to be included in the registers of information).
Note!
The b_codes and help texts indicate information that can be submitted, but we cannot guarantee its completeness or correctness. What must be submitted is described in the Implementing Technical Standard on the Register of Information (ITS on Rol). Check e.g. also the ESAs DORA QAs and the Data Model for DORA Rol.
How to add DORA to a company?
-
Go to Organization, and open the company that shall report according to DORA.
-
Ensure the Title is correct. It shall be the legal name of the entity/branch.
-
Scroll down the DORA section and switch the slider next to Is the organization subject to DORA to Yes. This will open relevant information that must be registered.
-
Now, select under Register of information template, if this is a Financial entity or a Branch. Financial entities relate to Template B_01.02, branches to Template B_01.03.
Tip! Read also this official information about the DORA fields. -
Depending on your selection, the respective fields and b-codes are displayed.
-
For branches fields starting with b_01.03. (e.g. b_01.03.0010 for the ID code of the branch)
-
For entities fields starting with b_01.02. (e.g. b_01.02.0010 for the LEI of the entity)
-
-
Enter all fields. Also, enter the information under Function identification (template B-01.02) including the function's criticality. You will need this codes when registering DORA-contracts.
Tip! You can get more information about the displayed fields here. -
Save.
The company can now be used for DORA reporting. If information is still missing, you must add it before exporting the reports.
What's next?
Once you've registered the company structure for DORA, you can add your DORA-relevant ITC suppliers.
