Path in CC5: My name - Profile / Settings

Each system user will find their name in the upper right corner of the database. Clicking the name will display up to four options: Profile, Settings, News and Updates and Logout.

Under the "Profile" option, all the information stored under your own entry is displayed. This information can be changed and updated. The "Roles" tab shows an overview of relevant areas of responsibility in the database, such as responsibility for departments, contracts or assets. The "Change Log" lists all changes to your profile, including information on the date, time, and who made the change. The "Login History" shows a timeline with an overview of your own logins.

Language: Changes the default language in the database. Please note that custom templates, fields and registers will be "locked" to the original language.

Currency : Indicates the primary currency.

User Account: Makes it possible to change your own password.

My Devices: To use the House of Control App, you must review the procedures here to verify your phone and link it to the correct user account.

Notifications: Option to receive events by SMS and/or e-mail.

Alert window: Events are distributed by default in the system Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00. This can be changed by checking off the days and changing the time interval as desired. Please note that if all the weekdays are deselected, no events will be received.
