Value report
Path in CC5: Contracts - Reports - Value report
The value report shows an overview of the obligations, outgoing cash flow, receivables and incoming cash flow, based on the selection of contracts and dates for the desired report.
The upper part of the report displays a bar chart. Hover with your mouse over a bar to view the exact amount. Below the chart, you can find Obligations with Outgoing cash flow. The lower part displays Receivable with Incoming cash flow. Per default, the report is collapsed. You can then Click "+" next to a year to find the contracts and receivables/obligations. The general sorting below the year is based on the selected filter (month, contract category or contract).
Tip!
Click a contract or receivable/obligation to view details.
Click "+" in the column header to expand all. Click "+" again to collapse all.
Below the report title, you can check the current filtering of your contract list. Only these contracts are included.

The report can be grouped by Month per year, Contract category per year or Contract per year, in addition to the option to limit the report to a certain date range. If you only want to view net amounts, select Show net amounts in the left-hand filter. Net implies in this context: Sum of receivables minus liabilities and related cash flow. With the additional module Currencies, you can also select the report's currency.
If you have several partners on a contract and perform a search with only one partner in the search filter, the report will give your only the numbers for this partner.

The report can also be saved as a template by clicking Save Template and giving the report a title. When saving a report as a template in this way, system administrators can also choose to make it visible to other users (Save globally). For local reports select Confirm. The saved template is added to the report list.
Templates can be deleted again by clicking the report's title and then Delete Template.
