Path in CC5: Contracts - Reports - Contract list

The report consists of all the information stored on the contract cards, and the columns are predefined in the system. This allows you to e.g. fetch a report of all registered contract information in Complete Control.

The displayed list can be downloaded in Excel or PDF format.

The reports are based on search results from the overview list. If you change the filter criteria there, the reports will adjust accordingly. Also, the order of columns in the Excel reports reflect the order of columns in the overview list.

Tip!
If you e.g. register a contract extension on the contract card, this change is also reflected on the related reports (e.g. the budget and the value report). However, when a change has been done, who has done the change and which fields have been changed, is displayed in the change log on the contract card.
