How to add a contract
We recommend having all your company contracts in Complete Control. This will give you best results for reports, and best advantage of the inbound notifications.
Tip!
You can also create new contracts by dragging the PDF document over the contract list. Drop - and you can now register the new contract. The PDF document is then added as an attachment to the contract in Complete Control.
It is also possible to create new contracts e.g. from PDFs in the Inbox or Explorer.
How to add a contract

Go to Contracts and select + Add.

Pick the correct Template if there are some.
Tip! Your contact person at House of Control AS can help you with creating customized templates. -
Enter at least all mandatory (*) fields. Read Contract card for all information about fields.

Do you want/need to add a payment schedule?

For standard contracts, you we recommend it so that you can take advantage of our free accounting reports. But adding payment schedules isn't mandatory.

For IFRS 16 contracts, you must add a payment schedule before you enter the IFRS 16 section on the contract card. Read more about registering IFRS contracts here.
Tip! It's possible that you save the standard contract first and add IFRS information and payment schedule later.

We recommend adding the PDF of the contract to the File attachments section. The uploaded file will be saved in the Files directory of the system.

Click Save.
The contract entry is now created.
