Configuration of Contract Capture
Path in CC5: System settings - Contract Capture
In order for Contract Capture to be able to create good contract suggestions, it is important to configure the module to your needs. You can define certain account groups Contract Capture shall look out for, minimum invoice size, time periods and much more.
You will find an overview of included companies, which ERP system is used and the status of data synchronization.
The settings are made per company.

To check the connection status, click the ERP system name. A new window opens: Click Connection status to check the company name and which ERP system is connected. Under Status, you will find the date and time of the last retrieval of data from the ERP system. This usually happens every night.
If an error has occurred when retrieving data, the text here will be red and you will receive an error message. This message can be forwarded to support@houseofcontrol.com.

Click the ERP system name. A new window opens: Click Contract Capture settings to view or adjust the various variables that are used to find good contract suggestions. Check out the icon next to a field: It contains the help text and standard field values
Tip!
If you click the icon, the field will be reset to these standard values.
Changes are automatically saved when you click outside the field. If you make changes that are not allowed, you will receive a message and you must correct the error before the change is saved.

If you have made changes to the setup, you can click "Update contract suggestions". The system will then go through the data again and update the already fetched suggestions.
Note!
This does not retrieve new data from your ERP system, but updates the contract suggestions that are already in Complete Control. New data is retrieved every night.
An existing contract suggestion can be changed until it is transferred to Complete Control. Once transferred, it will remain unchanged.
